XP-2 Offset

Designed to be used for surface or sub-surface drive application, and a great drive system for use on most cats from 44″ – and up. Heavy duty design can handle to most powerful gas model boat engines. Features and offset rudder factory set to competition specifications, but can also be used for sport / performance model boating. Like our popular XP-2 drive this drive or similar design is totally adjustable to fit most transoms, and also enable adjustments on the strut blade and rudder. We have also included our “camm=lock” adjuster that keeps the strut blade in the exact location as drive is removed and re-installed. The drive is mounted on an adjustable transom bracket that uses a machined threaded aluminum plate that become adhered to the inside of the transom using silicone. Once cured in place, the entire drive can be easily removed without the need for nuts and washers, so cable greasing and or maintenance can be done with only one allen key and done is just a few minutes.
