All materials on this site, including but not limited to audio, images, software, text, and video clips, are protected by copyright under U.S. copyright law, international conventions, and other copyright laws. You cannot use the content, except as specified. There are proprietary logos found on this site. By making them available on this site, Bonzi is not giving license to utilize these logos. Any unauthorized use of the content may violate copyright laws, the laws of privacy and publicity.

Bonzi reserves the right to change, edit, remove or update any product, image, information, price or any content shown online at any time.

Responsibility for User’s Material

ENFORCER RC BOATS has safe , secure on-line ordering available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We accept VISA , MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and PAYPAL.  Money orders, cashiers checks, bank wire transfers are also accepted. 
 Orders are shipped USPS  or UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. BACK ORDERS will be shipped when available. Other shipping options include UPS Overnight, 2 or 3-Day.  Orders to APO/FPO addresses are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Express Shipping methods (Next Day/Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day) are time in transit based on business days. 

Terms of Sale

  1. VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, PayPal, cashiers checks, wire transfers, and postal money orders are accepted. Orders must ship to the billing address on the credit card / PayPal account.
  2. Most orders over $150 will require a signature upon delivery. This is for your protection and ours. If you specifically want a signature upon delivery, please notify us in advance and we can be sure to accommodate your request.
  3. Wire (electronic) transfers are subject to a $35 charge to cover the bank fees.
  4. Online displayed shipping  costs are considered accurate but with the exception of boat hull and ready to run shipping cost. Large and/or heavy orders shipping will incur an additional cost. (WEBITE does not calculate boat/hull shipping costs accurately). If you have ordered a hull or Ready to Run online we will contact you regarding additional shipment costs.
  5. Merchandise may be returned subject to the following. 
    All returns must be within 30 days of purchase. 
    All items     must be returned in new/un-used condition. 
    PROPELLERS - SHARPENED & BALANCED or othewise cannot be returned. 
    BOAT HULLS are subject to 50% restocking fee. 
    ALL BUILT, PARTIALLY BUILT, CUSTOM ORDERED HULLS & BOATS subject to 50% restocking fee. 
    All engines must be 100% new. All motors must be 100% new. 
    NO REFUNDS ON USED BOATS, HULLS, ENGINES, MOTORS, PROPELLER or PARTS.
  6. ALL returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. This fee covers credit card processing costs and the cost of returning items to inventory. 
    Canceled orders are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. 
    SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
  7. Many items are covered by manufacturers warranty. Our involvement is solely at our discretion. 
  8. We are not responsible for typographical errors or items/pricing that has not been updated on our site. .                         Pricing can change without notice. We try to update as quickly as possible. 
  9. ENFORCER RC BOATS makes no claims as to the safety or use of our products or legality of use at your location.
